1. Return Policy
If there is any quality problem, kindly notify the OneMeal team as soon as possible, and an exchange or refund will be arranged.
2. Change order
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed unless there's any quality issue.
Once the delivery date has been selected, it cannot be changed. On the day of delivery, you will receive a phone call to confirm the timeslot. If you fail to receive the goods during the first delivery patch, they will be delivered the next day again. If you still fail to receive the goods, an additional fee $90 will be charged.
In case of any disputes, One Meal Limited reserves the right of final decision.
