Our recommendations for reheating

Thawing
Take the food out of the freezer one night (12 hours) in advance and thaw it in the refrigerator. Alternatively, use the defrost function of a microwave.

Open the seal
For the latest packaging of frozen food products, tear open the seal before consumption.

Microwave
- For a microwave with 1000
watts or more, heat for 1-1.5
minutes. - For a microwave with 700
watts, heat for 2-3 minutes.

Pan cooking
Reheat the food in a frying pan over low heat for 5 minutes or medium heat for 3 minutes. You can also add your favorite seasoning.

2 To maintain the quality of the food, we do not recommend refreezing and suggest consuming it as soon as possible.
3 If you do not have a microwave, you can take the food out, put it in a bowl or plate, and cover it with plastic wrap to steam for 15 minutes.
