From my previous career as a fashion model, I experienced the harsh reality of constant under-eating in order to maintain the coveted "skinny fashion model look." This lifestyle took a toll on my health and well-being. However, this challenging journey ignited my passion for fitness and nutrition, ultimately leading me to become a fitness influencer. Completing the prestigious Poliquin Personal Training course and participating in the Women's Bikini Global Classic competitions solidified my commitment to helping others make positive lifestyle changes.
